E PRO is a family of applications intended to help you run your printing business by integrating all the solutions you may need: from generating an estimate of a customer's request to the order of production, inventory management, finished goods catalog, and generation of your purchase orders for supplies.
EPRO handles the whole process for you. Its interface is simple, and after you install it, you are requested to configure all the minor details of your business like the kind of media you print on, dimensions, the machines or processes you use, and other information, so that the program knows exactly what you need and what you’re using.
Making generate estimates is as simple as answering the questions the wizard asks you, such as the amount and type of job you’re estimating, if it is finished by a machine or by hand, if it has varnish or laminate, the media used for printing, the estimated time it will take you to package it, if the delivery is local or not, and so on. The report section is full of details you can print for a given period of time including accounting, deliveries, inventory, finished goods, and many more.
The single-user license costs $500, but you also need the core server, which costs $1,150. The enterprise edition also includes a project manager, with which you can access the information for every single process in the selected press or printer and set alerts when the deadline is near, among other functions.
